What works best
- Portrait images (about 2:3) fill a single plate best
- Keep faces away from the centre where the switch opening is: we shift the image up to 15 mm, and refuse plates where the opening would cut through a face

- Rotated upright using the photo's orientation tag
- Colours mapped to our 10 stocked PLA filaments (max 8 per item)
- Cropped to fill the plate
