The fine print, in plain English

Everything we make is made to order from your images. Here is what that means for image rights, returns and your data.

Content & image rights

You can only order products made from images you own or have permission to use. That includes photos, artwork, logos, characters and lettering. If a photo shows other people, you need their permission too.

When you upload an image you confirm that you have these rights. We rely on that confirmation.

What we won't make

  • Other people's trademarks, logos, characters or artwork used without permission.
  • Content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Images of people shared without their consent.

We review every order before asking for payment, and we may decline an order for any of these reasons. If an order is declined after you've paid, we refund it in full.

Our design library

The designs in our library are made or licensed by us for use on our products. Ordering one gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork.

How we use your images

Your images are used only to make and support your order: to generate your preview and production files, and to produce the item. They are never shown publicly.

Returns & reprints

Because every item is made to order from your image, we can't take returns for a change of mind. We do stand behind how it's made.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged, or doesn't match the preview you ordered from (for example a wrong colour, a missing part or a misplaced print), contact us within 14 days of delivery by replying to any email we've sent you about your order, with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it, or refund it if a reprint won't fix the problem.

What isn't a defect

  • Small colour differences between your screen and the real item. 3D prints use our stocked PLA filaments, and ink on fabric looks slightly different from a screen.
  • Fine layer lines on 3D prints — they are part of how 3D printing works.
  • Detail loss that the preview showed, or that a warning described and you accepted before ordering.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge until production starts — just contact us. Once we've started making your order, it can't be cancelled. Refunds go back through the payment method you used.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we keep

  • Your order: name, email, optional phone number, shipping address, order note, the items you ordered and their production files. We keep these to make, ship and support your order and for our business records.
  • Your uploads: images are stored privately and deleted automatically after 14 days unless they are part of an order. Images in an order are kept with that order.
  • Abuse prevention: with each upload we store a one-way scrambled code derived from your IP address, never the address itself.

What we don't collect

  • No payment details. We never take or store card or bank details on this site; payment happens through the secure payment link we email you.
  • No tracking cookies. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a page reload.

Who sees it

Our staff, to make your order, and the shipping carrier, who needs your name and address to deliver it. We don't sell or rent your information. Your order page has a private link: anyone with that link can see your order's status, so keep it to yourself.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (unless we must keep it for an open order or our records), by replying to any email we've sent you about your order.
