- Badges, logos and poster art in landscape (about 3:2) fill best
- Other shapes get bars in the artwork's own edge colour
- Fine text and thin lines are kept at full resolution
What we do to your image
- Rotated upright using the photo's orientation tag
- Colours mapped to our 10 stocked PLA filaments (max 8 per item)
- Transparent margins trimmed
- Fitted to the insert; any bars use the artwork's edge colour (nothing is invented)

Frame, lip and box colour
Automatic keeps faces as photo shading and turns logos and art into bold solid colours.
Limits for this product
- Max 8 colours including the frame and backing
- The front panel is 0.8 mm thick so the light shows the colours
- Large sizes are reduced automatically to fit our printer with its colour-change tower (you will see the final size)
- The insert is held by gravity and the rails
