Printed face-down in up to 8 colours: a 0.6 mm colour face on a 1.8 mm body with a 2.5 mm die-cut border band, plus a 9 mm tab with a 4.5 mm ring hole.

What works best
- One clear subject or a connected logo or badge
- High contrast works best; tightly crop faces (a face should fill about half the image)
- Transparent PNG logos are cut along their own outline
- Separate icon + text logos are framed in a rounded rectangle
What we do to your image
- Background removed automatically when a clear subject is found
- Rotated upright using the photo's orientation tag
- Colours mapped to our 10 stocked PLA filaments (max 8 per item)
- Small text and thin lines are re-sharpened at full resolution
At least 256 px on the longest side, 1200 px or more recommended.

Limits for this product
- Max 8 colours including the border and body
- Lines and text thinner than about 0.45 mm at the final size print soft
- Outline shape needs one connected subject; otherwise a rounded rectangle is used
- Faces narrower than about 25 mm on the token lose their likeness
